Promotions:
Saturday is the perfect pre-season game for the family. It marks the lone 4:00pm start time for a Rangers' home game at The Aud this season. Tickets are $10 for children and $12 for adults. Tickets can be purchased online here or by calling (519) 578-1570.
Head-to-Head:
Kitchener has won four of the last five games against Mississauga dating back to January 5th, 2018 and have won the last two on home-ice at The Aud. In the past 10 contests, the Blueshirts are 6-2-2-0 against the Steelheads.
Scouting the Rangers:
Kitchener native and new singing, Kyle Morey will make his pre-season debut for the Rangers this Saturday and will be wearing the number 23 shirt. Rookie forward Justin Bottineau tallied his first goal of exhibition play last game against Barrie and will look to continue his fine form heading his first OHL season. Defenceman Hunter Brzustewicz (2023 Eligible) continues to impress both offensively and defensively this pre-season with a stat line of 4 points (2G, 2A) and a +2 plus/minus.
Scouting the Steelheads:
James Hardie returns to the Steelheads finishing 22nd overall in Points last season. That was good for best on the Steelheads roster, also recording the most goals with 41. The Steelheads currently have three roster players that are eligible for the upcoming NHL entry draft in 2023. Forwards Stefan Forgione and William Valdermar Hull. The sole defencemen is Finn Harding. Owen Beck (Montreal), Luca DelBelBulluz (Columbus), Ethan Del Mastro (Chicago) are the current NHL draftees on the roster.

Saturday's contest vs. Mississauga will be televised live across Kitchener and the Waterloo Region on Rogers TV, cable channel 20, and across the province of Ontario on the Super Sports Pak on channel 466 for cable subscribers. Additionally, the game will be free to watch online via CHL TV: Available to fans from coast to coast, CHL TV is accessible on the CHL mobile app, in addition to Apple TV, Roku, and Amazon Fire and online at watch.chl.ca/ohl_chl. Fans can download the free CHL app via the App Store and Google Play.
Next up:
Kitchener will finish pre-season play with a neutral-site game vs. Mississauga this Sunday. The Rangers and Steelheads will face-off in Orangeville, Ont., at the Alder Community Centre at 2:00pm. Tickets are $5.00, and Orangeville Minor Hockey will also be collecting non-perishable food items for The Orangeville Food Bank.

Opening Night:
Kitchener is welcoming Rangers Nation back to The Aud for the 60th anniversary season. The Rangers' opening night is this Friday, September 30th at 7:30pm. Additionally, the first 5,000 Rangers fans will receive the Rangers Season Calendar.
