A 1-1 tie last time out, was highlighted by a goal from twenty-year-old Terran Campbell. Campbell made CPL history on Wednesday moving further into the lead on the top goal scorers chart for the League, notching his tenth goal of the season.

"We have a good confidence growing in our group and look to build off recent performances," said Pacific FC assistant coach James Merriman. " The team is developing, we have improved our focus and concentration.

"York9 is a strong side who play good football but we have shown a good mentality in our preparation and will be ready for the match."

York9 FC led by head coach Jimmy Brennan currently sit in sixth place, with ten points. The side from York Region are winless in five games most recently coming off the 905-derby versus neighbours Forge FC. Brennan's side dropped the derby by a score of 2-1 in front of the Tim Hortons Field crowd. York9 will look to turn things around Wednesday night on the West Coast.

September 11th is a key game for Pacific FC as three points could put Pacific ahead of FC Edmonton into third place. Meanwhile, York9 FC will be eyeing three points on Vancouver Island to jump into fourth place and end their slump.
