Series: New Britain holds the edge in the season series entering the tonight's series opener, winning four the first seven games between the two teams. This series between the Bees and Ducks is a three-game series, with all three beginning at 6:35PM.

The Bees: The Bees dropped three of four games to the Bridgeport Bluefish on the road but still sit just 3.5 games behind Somerset in the Liberty Division with a 24-25 record. The Bees took two of the three from the Ducks the last time they visited Long Island.
The Opposition: The Ducks (27-22) sit just a half game in back of Somerset in the Liberty Division and are in front of the Bees by three games. Long Island is coming off a 3-3 road trip in which they dropped two of three to York and took two of three against Southern Maryland.
