PITTSBURGH - Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC enters its fifth and final week of preseason action with 16 players under contract and an additional number invited on trial.
The Week Ahead
Riverhounds SC will complete its preseason schedule this week, battling Toronto FC II at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Highmark Stadium.
This match will be free to attend for the public.
Competing at the USL Championship level in"¨ 2018, Toronto FC II will now contend in USL "¨League One in 2019. The Hounds defeated"¨ Toronto FC II in all three of their regular season matches last year.
Last Week
The Hounds are coming off of a two-win weekend, shutting out both the University of Akron, 1-0, and Lansing Ignite FC, 2-0. The squad has outscored opponents 12-1 across eight games this preseason.
