
Predators' Bobby Sippio Named AFL Russell Athletic Offensive Player

ORLANDO, Fla. - Orlando Predators WR Bobby Sippio was named the Russell Athletic Offensive Player of the Week by the Arena Football League after his outstanding performance against the AFL-leading Philadelphia Soul in Week 8.
Sippio (6-3, 215, Western Kentucky) led the Predators offensively with 11 receptions for 153 and five touchdowns in Orlando's heartbreaking 69-53 loss to Philadelphia. Having been re-signed by the Predators in Week 6, Sippio has already been huge for the Preds offense, scoring 8 of the team's 15 touchdowns in the past three games.
Orlando's Arena Football League franchise since 1991, the Orlando Predators are entering their 21st year in the AFL. In that time, the Predators have advanced to the AFL Playoffs a league-leading 19 consecutive seasons and appeared in the Arena Bowl seven times, winning AFL Championships in 1998 and 2000.
