Pre-Season/Season Ticket Pickup Schedule

Attention All Full/Partial Season Ticket Holders:
The following announcement about pre-season/season ticket distribution is being re-sent to clear up any confusion about the pickup schedule.
ALL pre-season and regular season tickets must be picked up in person. TICKETS WILL NOT BE MAILED OUT. Please see below for a pickup schedule.
Through Opening Night, the Ice Pilots office will be open on Saturday from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Preseason tickets are available for pickup effective immediately. Any tickets not picked up by 5 p.m. on Friday, October 15 will be available for pickup at Will Call at the front of the Civic Center.
Regular season tickets will be available for pickup beginning at both pre-season games, and in the Ice Pilots office starting Monday, October 18. Any tickets not picked up by 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 30 (Opening Night) will be available for pickup at Will Call at the front of the Civic Center.
