New York, NY - The New York Power announced that all season and mini-plan ticket holders will be offered a chance to purchase tickets to the high-profile exhibition match between Manchester United of England and Juventus of Italy on Thursday, July 31, 2003, at 8:00 p.m. Power season and mini-plan ticket holders will be able to purchase tickets between March 3 and 12, which is in advance to when tickets will be available to the public on March 15.. For each season ticket or mini-plan a Power fan has or will purchase, they will be allowed to order two tickets to this exclusive Manchester United friendly.
"We're very excited be present this advance sale to our season and mini-plan ticket holders," said Power GM Susan Marenoff. "We are always looking for ways to present our loyal fans with added value and this offer is a prime example of how we do that."
Tickets through this special offer to the exhibition are priced at $130 (VIP), $60, $40, and $35. The VIP tickets include attendance to a training session by both teams at Rutgers University on Wednesday, July 30. All Power season and mini-plan holders can purchase tickets on or after March 3 by calling the Power at 1-866-POWR-TIX (1-866-769-7849). The New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA) and ChampionsWorld promote the game.

United currently sits in second place and is just five points behind Arsenal in the English Premier League, while Juventus is in a second-place tie with AC Milan and three points behind leader Internazionale in a tight Serie A race. Juventus won the prestigious Italian League title, also known as "Lo Scudetto," last season, increasing its domestic record to 26 championships.
Both teams have an array of talent from around the globe. United is led by England National Team captain David Beckham, flamboyant French goalkeeper and World Cup winner Fabian Barthez, left-sided midfielder and Welsh international Ryan Giggs, Argentine playmaker Juan Sebastian Veron, Dutch goal-scoring machine Ruud Van Nistelrooy, and captain and mainstay Roy Keane.
