Power Falls to Halifax 105 - 104

(OSHAWA, ON) Durham's team the Oshawa Power lose a close game to the Halifax Rainmen 105-104.

The Power started off slowly in the first quarter finding themselves in a ten-point hole at the end of the period 33-22. The home crowd energized the Power, as they were able to grab momentum and the halftime lead 56-54. The game would go back and forth for the next two quarters, but a late game surge by the road team would give them the victory.

Bo Harris led the way for the Power netted 19 points and added 5 assists. Jushay Rockett also had a strong game recording a double-double of 15 points and 10 rebounds.

Former Oshawa Power, Brandon Robinson had 17 points in his return to the Durham Region. Hilary Haley had a team-high 18 points in the win for the Rainmen.

The Power will now head on the road to Halifax for the first time this season to face the Rainmen on December 7, 2012 with tip off set for 6:00 p.m.
