
Power Defeats Saint John Mill Rats 114-100

(OSHAWA, ON) Durham's team the Oshawa Power defeat the Saint John Mill Rats 114 - 100 to once again move above the .500 mark on the season.
The Power started off slowly once again finding themselves on the wrong end of a 25-22 score line at the end of the first quarter. Head Coach Larry Blunt made the proper adjustments from then on and the Power dug in defensive as they cruised to a blow out victory on the road.
William "Bo" Harris had a breakout game for Durham's team as he finished with a game high 24 points and 12 rebounds. Nick Okorie coming off his strong performance on Sunday afternoon chipped in with 19 points and 6 assists.
Local Durham region star Courtney Small once again had a stand out effort on the defensive end of the floor. Small also contributed on the offensive end finishing with 4 points and 6 assists.
The Power will complete their three game road swing in London as they take on the league's best team the London Lightning on Grey Cup Sunday. Tip-off is set for 2:00 p.m.
