ROCHESTER, NY - The popular Red Wings Holiday Packs today went on sale for the 2013 season. The $30 Holiday Pack includes four undated tickets, a coupon for a 2013 Red Wings Yearbook, and a Red Wings t-shirt. The $32 Holiday Pack includes four undated tickets, a coupon for a 2013 Red Wings Yearbook, and a Red Wings cap.

Red Wings Holiday Packs can be purchased by calling (585) 454-1001 and pressing zero Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Packs may also be purchased online at RedWingsBaseball.com.

Holiday Packs make the perfect gift for Christmas, Hanukkah, birthdays, or any celebration during the offseason.

The Red Wings open their 2013 home schedule on Saturday, April 6 vs. Buffalo. The 72-game slate includes games on Mother's Day (May 12 vs. Columbus), Memorial Day (May 27 vs. Lehigh Valley), Father's Day (June 16 vs. Gwinnett), Fourth of July (vs. Pawtucket), and Labor Day (September 2 vs. Scranton/Wilkes-Barre), which is the regular-season finale.

Details will be announced soon for the Frontier Field team store holiday sale, as well as the seasonal team store at Eastview Mall.

The Red Wings in 2012 went 72-72 for their best record in four years. With 72 wins, the Wings won 19 more games than in 2011 (53-91) and 23 more than in 2010 (49-95). Rochester also sent 23 players to the Minnesota Twins during the 2012 season, nearly a full 25-man roster.
