Polak, Walker Receive TOTW Honors

Greenville, SC - Two Triumph SC players, Tyler Polak and Aaron Walker, have been named to USL League One's Team of the Week.

Tyler Polak (DEF) - Polak made a pair of crucial goal-line clearances to lead the Greenville Triumph to a 1-0 victory in Madison. He made five recoveries and won two tackles.

Aaron Walker (MID) - Walker provided the assist on the lone goal by Chris Bermudez. He had two chances created and completed 20 of 27 passes.

The Triumph hold steady at No. 2 in the Week 23 League One Power Rankings despite a three-place jump in league standings and extending its' unbeaten streak to six games following a 1-0 midweek victory against Forward Madison FC. The weekend results played out favorably as Greenville broke into the league's top four, sitting at No. 3 with 34 points behind Lansing Ignite FC (39 pts) and North Texas SC (44 pts). The team finishes out the three-game road trip with the Bon Secours Cup in Richmond on Saturday, September 7th at 7pm ET.
