April 20, 2024 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Anchorage Wolverines News Release
It's game TWO of the semi-final round of the 2023-2024 Robertson Cup Playoffs. The Anchorage Wolverines sit with a series record of 1-0 after taking last night's game with a 4-0 shutout.
Despite going scoreless, the Minnesota Wilderness managed to rattle off 33 shots on goal, all being stopped by goaltender Liam Beerman.
Bryce Monrean, Tyler Hennen, Cole Christian and Oliver Salo all went on the board for the Wolverines, with Fedya Nikolayenya assisting in two of the goals and Beerman grabbing an apple to Salo's empty netter.
The team returns for the second game of the series tonight at The Ben for a 7:00pm puck drop. Show up, be loud and RAGE, Wolverines Nation! It's playoff hockey in Anchorage.
