Pit Spitters Taking Deposits for 2021 Season Tickets

Traverse City MI - The Traverse City Pit Spitters are currently taking deposits for 2021 season tickets!
Season ticket packages range from five-games to all 36 home games. Also, on sale are five and ten-game mini-plans to the popular patio tables. The tables seat four people and come with wait service. These sold out for several games this season and are sure to be popular with fans again.
"The 2020 season was unusual, but we were able to create a season that saw almost 50 baseball games played at Turtle Creek Stadium. We're excited to see the conclusion of this season and we are looking forward to the playoffs and seeing if one of our teams can bring another championship trophy to Traverse City!" said Pit Spitters Director of Sales Sam Connell. "The fans responded positively to being able to see live sporting events this summer and we were glad we were able to provide that experience for our fans. As the 2020 season comes to a close we're already thinking about 2021 and what an exciting year we're expecting to have both with baseball and non-baseball events."
Fans can call the Pit Spitters front office at 231.943.0100 to reserve their season tickets before the 2021 schedule is released. The Pit Spitters season runs from the day after Memorial Day until mid-August and the schedule is expected to be out in November.
The 2020 regular season ends on Wednesday, Sept. 2 and then on Sept. 3, the Traverse City Pit Spitters and Great Lakes Resorters will have a play-in game to determine the Northern Division representative in the championship game. The championship game will be held on Saturday, Sept. 5 at 4:05pm at Turtle Creek Stadium.
The Southern Pod, which consist of the Battle Creek Bombers, Kalamazoo Growlers and the Kalamazoo Mac Daddies, will hold two days of playoff games on Sept. 3 & Sept. 4 to determine their representative in the championship game.

Championship Game - Saturday, Sept. 5 @ 4:05pm
