
Pink In The Rink And 70s Flashback Highlight Gems Game At Hara On Sunday

DAYTON, OH - Pink in the Rink and 70s flashback highlight a busy line-up on Sunday when the Dayton Gems host the Flint Generals at 5 pm at Hara Arena.
It's Pink in the Rink for Breast Cancer Awareness. Fans who make a $3 donation to Breast Cancer can purchase adult tickets at half price. The Gems players will also be wearing pink for the game. It's also 70 flashblack and fans are encouraged to dress up in their favorite attire. There will be cash prizes for the best costume.
Sunday's game marks the first meeting between the Gems and the Generals in more than 20 years. These two franchises have combined for more than 70 years of professional hockey.
Tickets are available at the Hara Arena Box Office which is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Fans can also get tickets on line at www.ticketmaster.com. Group tickets for 20 or more can be purchased by contacting the Gems office at 937-275-7777.
This game concludes a three game in three night weekend for the Gems that begins on Friday with the first road trip of the season. Dayton visits the Muskegon Lumberjacks at 7 pm and the on Saturday it's off to Bloomington to face the Prairie Thunder at 8 pm eastern, 7 pm central.
