Pieces from Game Five Headed to Hall of Fame

Chicago, IL - Several items from the historic 2011-12 United States Hockey League season are making their way to the Hockey Hall of Fame and will be on display at the museum in Toronto, Ontario.
To commemorate the 2012 USHL Clark Cup championship by the Green Bay Gamblers, multiple items from the team's Game Five victory in the Clark Cup Final series are headed to the Hockey Hall of Fame. The stick used by goaltender Ryan McKay in the 5-2 victory on Wednesday, May 23rd over the Waterloo Black Hawks and the jersey worn by Gamblers defenseman Kyle Chatham in Game Five will be on display. Chatham's number "12" jersey further complements the championship achieved in the year 2012.
Ticket stubs from Game Five have also been sent to the Hockey Hall of Fame along with a copy of the Green Bay Press Gazette from May 24th which celebrates the Gamblers' fourth Clark Cup title in team history.
The USHL items are part of the "Year in Review" at the Hockey Hall of Fame and will rotate through other exhibits, including the United States junior hockey showcase.
The Hockey Hall of Fame celebrates the rich history of hockey with artifacts and treasures from the past, and is the official home of the Stanley Cup. It also includes multi-media exhibits, interactive games, and displays for hockey's Honored Members. The Hall includes historic pieces from the NHL, plus many other levels of hockey, which are on display to entertain and educate thousands of people who visit the museum annually and to support multiple charitable organizations.
