Phoenix Rising to March to the Match from Mesa

PHOENIX, Arizona - Phoenix Rising fans plan to march to the match with an assist from Valley Metro this Saturday, May 18.

Media are encouraged to join students, faculty, and Rising fans from Mesa at the Park-and-Ride adjacent to the Valley Metro Station at Sycamore/Main St. at 6 p.m. East Valley Institute of Technology DJ ACEE will be preforming until 6:35 p.m., when the group boards the Valley Metro light rail in route for Phoenix Rising Stadium at the 38th St./Washington Station. Rising hosts Miami FC for its School's Out celebration that evening at 7:30 p.m.

Single game tickets for that match start at $15 at PHXRisingFC.com or fans wishing to support East Valley Institute of Technology can purchase tickets here to obtain a $20 ticket that kicks $5 of each sale back to the school. As with all Rising home matches, your ticket to the game doubles as your fare on the Valley Metro on gamedays.

The defending USL Champions announced its partnership with the best high school radio station in the country, The Pulse 88.7 FM and East Valley Institute of Technology on March 4. The school has broadcast two of the club's eight theme night matches already this season. If you cannot attend the match on May 18, tune into 88.7 FM to hear the call of the game on The Pulse.
