Phantoms Announce Multiple Transactions ahead of 2020 USHL Phase I Draft

Youngstown Phantoms News Release
Youngstown, Ohio: The Phantoms are pleased to announce they have acquired David Gucciardi, a defenseman from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Jaden Grant, a forward from White Lake, Michigan. The Phantoms also acquired a 2020 Phase 1, 3rd round pick. In return we traded affiliate player Scott Morrow, a defenseman from Darien, Connecticut and a 2020 Phase 1, 7th round pick
GM and Head Coach Brad Patterson stated, "By adding David and Jaden to our group we feel we have added 2 key pieces to our 2020-21 roster. David has the ability to change a game offensively through his skill set, all while being a very passionate and hard to play against Defenseman who has 2 years of junior hockey experience. Jaden is a player every coach wants on his team. He has shown the ability to play in multiple different situations and thrives in a 200ft game. We are excited to add both players to our 2020-21 roster."
Assistant Coach Jeff Potter says, "We are very excited to add both David and Jaden to our returning core of players. We have had our eyes on both of these players for some time, and both will have an immediate impact for our organization. We look forward to getting both in a Phantom jersey in the Fall."
