Pelicans and Red Sox Postponed on Saturday Night

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - The Myrtle Beach Pelicans and Salem Red Sox were postponed on Saturday night at TicketReturn.com Field at Pelicans Ballpark due to impending inclement weather. The two will play a doubleheader featuring two seven-inning games on Sunday, August 17, with game one beginning at 4:30 p.m. and game two starting no sooner than 6:00 p.m.

Gates will open at 4:00 p.m. on the final Copa de la Diversion day of the season for the Pelicans. Sunday will also be Family Sunday, courtesy of Anderson Brothers Bank, WPDE and 94.5 The Tide.

Neither team has announced their starters for tomorrow's game.

Coverage will begin at 4:15 p.m. on the Pelicans Baseball Network which is available on the TuneIn App, MyrtleBeachPelicans.com/Broadcast and MiLB First Pitch app.
