Pats Sign Five Prospects

Regina, Saskatchewan - Regina Pats Senior VP and General Manager Chad Lang announced today the signing of five prospects to Standard WHL Player Agreements.

Defenceman Chase Harrison ('96) played last season with the Winnipeg Thrashers in the Manitoba Midget AAA League. Harrison totaled 30 points (8G, 22A) in 44 games as a 16-year old in Winnipeg.

Forward Colton Kroeker ('97) was the Pats' 7th Round selection in the 2012 WHL Bantam Draft. The 6'1", 162 lbs forward put up 47 points (23G, 24A) in just 36 games last season with the Delta Hockey Academy Wild.

Grande Prairie, Alberta's Jared McAmmond ('97) was the Pats' 10th Round pick in the 2012 WHL Bantam Draft. The gritty forward had nine points last year (2G, 7A) in 32 games in 2012-13 with the AMHL's Grande Prairie Storm.

Forward Adam Berg ('97) showed scoring touch last season in the AMMHL registering 34 points (19G, 15A) in 32 games for the CBHA Blackhawks.

Goaltender Nick Schneider ('97) posted a 0.926 save percentage and 2.77 goals against average in 15 games in net for the Spruce Grove PAC Saints last season.

The Pats play their first exhibition game tonight against the Prince Albert Raiders in a game that can be heard on 620CKRM. The Blue and White's first home game of the Pre-Season is tomorrow night against the Raiders at the Brandt Centre. Individual Tickets are ten dollars ($8 tickets +$2 box office service charge). Exhibition games are included with Season Tickets.
