Regina, Sask - Regina Pats 2006-born prospect Jaxsin Vaughan has been named to Canada's roster for the 2022 men's U17 Development Camp, which is set to take place July 10-16 at the Markin MacPhail Centre at WinSport's Canada Olympic Park in Calgary, Alta.

Vaughan, 16, was selected by the Pats in the first round, 21st overall, in the 2021 WHL Prospects Draft. The Merritt, B.C. product made his WHL debut on December 27, 2021 against the Edmonton Oil Kings after signing that same day, and went onto play six games with the Pats as a call-up. The 6-foot, 185 lb. forward tallied 19 goals and 18 assists for 37 points in 32 games at the RHA in Kelowna last season. He is the twin brother of Pats prospect Corbin Vaughan.

A reminder that Jaxsin Vaughan and other Pats prospects will be at the Regina Pats 2022 Spring Camp from June 10-12 at the Co-Operators Centre, with on-ice sessions taking place from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on Saturday and Sunday. For more information, CLICK HERE.
