Lone Star Brahmas News Release

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TX - Brahmas Head Coach Dan Wildfong announced on Monday morning that the team has traded forward Kyle Patava to the Minnesota Wilderness.

Patava, (6'2" - 205 lbs.) had 11 points in 27 games with the team this year and is committed to the Air Force Academy.  #12 had 57 penalty minutes over the course of the season, 25 of them coming from his fight that sparked last Friday's comeback victory over the Odessa Jackalopes.

The team needed to make a move in order for forward Tomas Brejcha to be eligible to return from injured reserve. Brejcha, has been inactive since suffering a skate laceration in Corpus Christi back during the month of November.

In return, the Brahmas received a draft pick and a tender.
