VANCOUVER BC - A nine goal explosion by the Panther City Lacrosse Club in the first half propelled the visitors to a 20-7 win over the Vancouver Warriors before 7836 fans at Rogers Arena on First Nations Celebration Night.
Panther City's Wil Malcom over New Westminster, had a homecoming to remember, scoring five goals and adding eight assists for 13 points.
The Warriors had two goals from Logan Schuss (Ladner BC) and Riley Loewen (Port Moody BC), while Mitch Jones, Shawn Evans and Brandon Goodwin also lit the lamp for Vancouver on the evening.
The Vancouver Warriors will next be home on Saturday, February 4th when they host the Saskatchewan Rush and also our first ever Wrestling Night. Game time is at 7 PM.
