
Pair from Texas A&M to Join Woodchucks

Wausau, WIS- The Wisconsin Woodchucks are pleased to announce the signing of two players from Texas A&M to the Woodchucks 2017 roster. Outfielder Logan Foster and Catcher Hunter Coleman will be playing for the Woodchucks this summer.
Foster, a 5' 11" freshman from Lincoln, Nebraska is off to a great start with the Aggies in his freshman campaign. Foster is hitting .400 with two home runs, one double and four RBI so far. During his high school career Foster was a four year letter winner and a two-time All-Nebraska First Team choice. He hit .452 as a senior with eight doubles, four triples, seven home runs and 32 RBI to pick up All-Nebraska, Super State and All-Class A honors.
Midland, TX native Hunter Coleman is a 6' 0" freshman. Coleman is currently batting .308 with a triple, double and two RBI. Coleman was a four-year letter winner and was named District 3-6A Offensive MVP and District 3-6A First team as a senior in 2016. Coleman earned Perfect Game Underclassman Preseason All-America First Team in 2015 and Honorable Mention in 2014.
The Wisconsin Woodchucks' home opener is Wednesday, May 31, 2017. All ticket packages and group tickets are now on sale for the upcoming 2017 season.
