Pacific FC Take on FC Edmonton at Clarke Field

Pacific FC take on FC Edmonton at Clarke Field Pacific Football Club (1-3-1) travel to Clarke Field in Edmonton, Alberta this Saturday, August 10th to face FC Edmonton (2-1-2). Kickoff in the game is set for 3:00 p.m. PDT.

Continuing their three game road trip, Pacific FC face the Eddies in the second stop on the road.

Despite an injury to in-form winger Victor Blasco, Pacific FC took to IG field versus Valour FC last time out grabbing an all important point with a 2-2 result. Head coach Michael Silberbauer and Co. will have a boost on Saturday with the potential return of striker Marcus Haber to the lineup.

Pacific FC will look to travel to York next week with four points in the bag following two games on this road trip that includes stops in Winnipeg, Edmonton and York.

FC Edmonton has turned things around in the Fall Season with an impressive 2-1 win away to Hamilton's Forge FC. Despite dropping three points away to York, Edmonton have gone onto a three game undefeated record at home with points versus Valour FC, Forge FC and most recently a 2-0 win versus Pacific FC rivals HFX Wanderers at Clarke Field.

August 10th is an important game for Pacific FC as they look to grab critical away points at another tough away stadium in the race for a spot in the CPL Championship. Meanwhile, FC Edmonton head coach Jeff Paulus will be eyeing Saturday as a chance to cap off a great undefeated home run.

Vancouver Island fans can join in the excitement at Darcy's Pub Downtown and Westshore as well as Strathcona. The Saturday afternoon matchup will be streamed live on www.onesoccer.ca.
