
Pacific FC Acquire Goalkeeper Isaac Boehmer on Loan

Victoria, BC - Pacific Football Club have acquired goalkeeper Isaac Boehmer (bo-mair) on loan from the Vancouver Whitecaps FC.
"I am excited to have Isaac join us on Vancouver Island," said Mark Village, Goalkeeping Coach, Pacific FC. "Having worked with Isaac before, I know that he is a talented young 'keeper and has a strong character that will add a lot to our group."
Boehmer,19, hails from Okanagan Falls and made his start in soccer playing with the Pinnacles FC in the Okanagan. He went on to train through the Whitecaps' Okanagan Academy Centre program and played with Thompson Okanagan FC in BC Soccer Premier League.
Standing 6 foot 2 inches, Boehmer's resume includes training with Germany's Bundesliga club FC Schalke in 2016. On Vancouver Island, Boehmer will train under Pacific FC goalkeeper coach Mark Village and alongside fellow 'keeper Callum Irving.
Pacific FC currently tops the Canadian Premier League standings with nine wins, four draws and three loses. The club hosts Cavalry FC on Thursday, September 9th at 7 pm at Starlight Stadium.
