
Oxygen IceBreakers Program Kicks off Wednesday Night at RIT\'s Frank Ritter Ice Arena

(Rochester, NY)... Oxygen IceBreakers women's ice hockey program kicks off on Wednesday, March 26th at RIT's Frank Ritter Ice Arena at 6:30 p.m. The Rochester Americans, Time Warner Cable and the Oxygen Network have formed a partnership to introduce the clinic to Rochester, NY.
The two-day program introduces hockey to local girls between the ages of 6 and 10 years old. Instructors include some of the top women's hockey coaches, and players from the Amerks, including former Amerk center Craig Charron.
As an added benefit, girls will receive tickets (three maximum) for the Amerks-Cincinnati Mighty Ducks 6:05 p.m. game on Sunday, March 30th. That night the girls will attend a clinic from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. at The Blue Cross Arena and then play a special exhibition game during the first-period intermission.
Girls can sign up at www.amerks.com and www.twrochester.com. Flyers are also available at The Blue Cross Arena at the ticket table in the upper atrium lobby. A full schedule of events is listed below:

Sunday, March 30 @ The Blue Cross Arena
3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Ice Hockey Clinic Pizza party and Awards Ceremony
6:00 p.m.-Rochester Americans-Cincinnati Mighty Ducks game.
(The girls will play a special exhibition match during the first intermission)
