
Outlaws to Face off against Lizards on Saturday Night with Chance to Clinch Postseason Berth

DENVER - The Denver Outlaws (8-5) will travel to Hempstead, N.Y., to take on the New York Lizards (4-10) on Saturday at 5 p.m. MDT. The Outlaws can guarantee a postseason berth with a win over New York, but can also secure a spot with a loss depending on additional results around the league on Saturday.
The Outlaws, who have never had a losing season, entered 2019 having made the playoffs 12 times in their first 13 seasons of existence. Denver has played in a league-record eight championship games, including the past three consecutive, with title wins in 2014, '16 and '18.
Denver is coming off its biggest win of the season, a 22-9 victory over the Boston Cannons last Saturday at the University of Denver's Peter Barton Stadium. Attackman Ryan Lee (5 goals, 2 assists) was named the Warrior Offensive Player of the Week following the performance, and midfielder Jack Jasinski (2 goals, 1 assist) was named the Cascade Rookie of the Week.
