Outlaws Announce 2004-05 Season Schedule

The Kansas City Outlaws announced their 2004-05 inaugural schedule in addition to their partnership with All Comedy Radio AM 1340 KCKN to broadcast all 80 Outlaws games.

Season tickets to the UHL franchise at Kemper Arena ranging from $10 to $13.50 per game are on sale now. For season ticket information call (816) 513-4400 and for group information call 816-513-4031. Professional hockey in Kansas City in 2004 begins during the opening weekend at Kemper Arena on Friday, October 15 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, October 16 at 7:30 p.m. when the Outlaws lasso in the Missouri River Otters of St. Charles.

The Outlaws schedule is highlighted by a Thanksgiving night game that will following the Country Club Plaza lighting (Nov. 25 at 8:30 p.m.), a Martin Luther King Day celebration at Kemper Arena (Jan. 17 at noon), a home game honoring Presidents Day (Feb. 21 at 3 p.m.), and two school day games (Dec. 7 at 11 a.m. and March 1 at 11 a.m.). The Missouri River Otters will face the Outlaws eight times at Kemper Area, as the newest cross-state rivalry begins.

KCKN, which can be found on the AM dial at 1340, has expanded their sports programming by adding the Outlaws to a sports broadcasting family that includes Independent League baseball franchise Kansas City T-Bones of the Northern League and the Kansas City Explorers of World Team Tennis.
