Orlando's Josh Bush, Chris Duvalt Take Weekly AFL Honors

ORLANDO - Orlando Predators wide receiver/kick returner Josh Bush (5-9, 165, Western Michigan) and wide receiver Chris Duvalt (5-11, 175, Illinois) were named Arena Football League weekly award winners for their efforts on Friday against Pittsburgh. The Predators broke a three-game losing streak on NFL Network and notched win No. 200 all-time in franchise history after getting past the Power, 62-54.
Bush was named Nifty Playmaker of the Week while Duvalt was credited with the Spalding Highlight of the Week. It's the tenth and eleventh such honor for the Preds this season.
Bush contributed Friday by recording seven receptions for 68 yards and a touchdown while also notching 120 yards on kick returns and a touchdown. Bush has been a triple threat all season in the receiving, rushing and kick return game as he ranks No. 6 in the league in all-purpose yards per outing (146.2). So far in 2011, Bush has 1,113 return yards, 596 receiving yards and 45 rushing yards to his credit.
Duvalt tallied two consecutive net recoveries for touchdowns in the third quarter to give Orlando the lead for good. Duvalt, who was activated off of injured reserve earlier in the week, gave the Preds its first lead of the game, 41-40, with nine minutes to go in the quarter when he caught Mark Lewis' kick off the iron and took it in for the score.
The Predators are on the road this Saturday at San Jose at 10:30 p.m. EST. They'll then travel to Tulsa on July 16 before hosting the regular season finale against New Orleans on Saturday, July 23 at the new Amway Center.
