ORLANDO, Fla. - The Orlando Pride hosted 2021 NWSL expansion side Kansas City Current on Wednesday night, a match open to fans at Exploria Stadium. The two sides played to a 0-0 draw on the evening, with the Pride generating a number of chances throughout the match, but unable to find the back of the net.
Head Coach Amanda Cromwell debuted a starting lineup of goalkeeper Erin McLeod; defenders Carrie Lawrence, Amy Turner, Megan Montefusco and Courtney Petersen; midfielders Gunny Jónsdóttir, Parker Roberts and Mikayla Cluff; and forwards Sydney Leroux, Darian Jenkins and Marta.
