ORLANDO, Fla. - Following the devastating effects of Hurricane Ian across the state of Florida, Orlando City Soccer Club, Orlando Pride, and the Wilf Family Foundations have made a $500,000 donation to the American Red Cross Hurricane Ian relief efforts.
"Our hearts and prayers go out to all of those impacted by Hurricane Ian. The destruction throughout our state and our neighboring communities is heartbreaking and we are committed to aiding our fellow Floridians in this time of need," Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride Chairman Mark Wilf said. "Although the impacts of Ian will be felt for years, we are a resilient community, and the rebuilding and relief efforts must start now."
Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride are joined by Major League Soccer (MLS) in donating to relief efforts and encourage others that can give to do so via the American Red Cross.
