Orlando City B to Play Season Finale against Greenville Triumph

October 23, 2020 - United Soccer League One (USL1) - Orlando City B News Release

ORLANDO, Fla. (Oct. 23, 2020) - Orlando City B (1-10-3, 6 points) will play their last match of the season against USL League One leaders Greenville Triumph SC (10-3-2, 32 points) on Saturday, Oct. 24 at Osceola County Stadium. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET with the match available to stream live on ESPN+.

Orlando City B enters Saturday's match looking to bounce back from a 3-1 loss at home to the Richmond Kickers, after having to play down a man from the 24th minute of play. In that match, OCB goalkeeper Austin Aviza denied Matt Buldoc's penalty kick to maintain the Lions' lead at the time. Aviza now leads all of the League One with 50 saves this season.

Greenville comes into Saturday's match after losing 2-1 at home to Union Omaha this past Sunday. The Lions will face Triumph goalkeeper Dallas Jaye, who currently leads the league with nine clean sheets, along with forward Alex Morrell, who sits tied for the league lead in assists with six.

The match will mark OCB's final of USL League One play, after the Club recently announced its intentions to withdraw from the league following the 2020 season and work with Major League Soccer on a future competition for players.
