Ontario, California - Rookie Midfielder Stephen Flora who was selected in an open tryout this past summer has been signed with the Ontario Fury the club officially announced today. Flora is now the fourth player this season selected at an open tryout to be added to the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) side for upcoming 2019-20 MASL campaign. Per team and league policies, terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The Fair Oaks, California native joins the Fury after a successful college playing career at Azusa Pacific University where he was a four-year member of the squad, won the Capital Valley conference title as a freshman, named the team MVP twice and tallied 36 goals and 24 assists in his final three seasons.

Flora and the Fury (0-2) will look to get their first win of the season as they host the Tacoma Stars (2-1) on Friday December 20th and Turlock Cal Express (3-1) on Sunday December 22nd. Both games will be at Toyota Arena in Ontario, California.
