Omaha Lancers News Release
OMAHA, NE - The Omaha Lancers of the United States Hockey League (USHL) have adjusted the start time of their game home on Saturday December 5 against the Indiana Ice to 3:05 PM. The change was made to allow fans to enjoy Lancers hockey while still giving them the opportunity to catch the Big XII Championship between Nebraska and Texas later that evening. Doors will open at the Omaha Civic Auditorium at 2 PM with the opening face off scheduled for 3:05 PM. The December 5 contest had originally been scheduled for a 7:05 PM face off.
All tickets purchased for the December 5 game will still be honored at the new 3:05 PM start time. If unable to attend, customers can obtain refunds on single game tickets at their original point of purchase. All refunds must be obtained prior to the start of Saturday's game.
The Omaha Lancers (15-2, 30 Pts.) enter USHL action this week atop both the West Division and USHL standings. Omaha will face a busy holiday weekend as they face off against the Waterloo Black Hawks tonight, the Des Moines Buccaneers tomorrow and the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders on Saturday.
Tickets are available through the Qwest Center Box Office Monday through Friday from 10 AM - 6 PM as well as the Omaha Civic Auditorium Box Office on game days beginning at 10 AM. Tickets are also available through Ticketmaster.
