Omaha Beef to Hold "Meat The Beef" event December 20

Omaha, NE - The Omaha Beef will be holding their first-ever "Meat the Beef" event on Thursday, December 20th. The event will be held at Heidelberg's of Omaha, 3510 North 167th Circle, starting at 6:30 p.m. The event will last until 9:30 p.m.
Omaha Beef coaches, players and front office staff will be in attendance to meet and greet with fans. In addition, the recently-named 2008 Prime Dancers and Rump Roasters will be formally unveiled to the public. The Beef's very own Sir Loin, United Indoor Football's 2007 Mascot of the Year, will also be making a special appearance.
The gathering will be co-sponsored by Heidelberg's, CBS Home/Triton Homes and American Family Insurance.
Jay Miralles, from American Family Insurance, is elated to begin a partnership with the Beef.
"The American Family Miralles Agency is excited to announce its affiliation with the Beef," Miralles said. "We are proud to join the Beef family and are in line with not just great football, but a team that is well aligned with the Omaha community."
Fans from all over Omaha will have their first chance to get pictures and autographs with the 2008 Beef squad. Various games and activities are planned throughout the Heidelberg facility during the event. New Omaha Beef merchandise will be on display and for sale. Prizes will be given out to all those in attendance.
Chad Schwarting, CBS Home/Triton Homes representative, is looking forward to being a part of the event:

Beef Team President Dakota Crow looks forward to getting to know more Beef fans and exposing the team to new fans.

It is also a wonderful opportunity for the Beef to introduce ourselves to a wider audience. It is going to be a great chance for fans to meet Beef coaches and players, as well as both the new Prime Dancers and Rump Roasters.
