Omaha, NE, February 13, 2014: The Omaha Beef kick off their historic 15th season Friday, February 21st at the Ralston Arena welcoming special guest Johnny Rodgers to the event. The Beef are excited to welcome Johnny "The Jet" Rodgers as the honorary coin toss captain for the first home game of the 2014 season. Johnny will be at The Locker store starting at 5 PM meeting with Omaha Beef fans and signing autographs .
Rodgers will be honored during the Coin Toss on Friday night before kickoff of the Omaha vs. Lincoln pre-season rivalry matchup. The Beef squad looks to continue their win streak of three games over the rival Haymakers inside the Ralston Arena.
