Omaha Beef Conclude Training Camp; 2008 Roster Announced

Omaha Beef News Release
Omaha, NE - The Omaha Beef, professional indoor football team, has concluded their 2008 training camp and would like to announce their 2008 roster.
An estimated 40 athletes came to Omaha with hopes of making the 30-man roster. Over the past ten days, players had practice every day and finished camp with a scrimmage last Friday night under the direction of the BEEF coaching staff.
The roster is as follows:

Head Coach Steve Warren says the BEEF's roster will be strong this season.
"We have a very talented team," Warren said. "Each position has impact players. It will be interesting to see how everything comes together during the season. Our back-ups could be potential starters on other teams."
The Omaha Beef will open their 2008 home season versus the Bloomington Extreme on March 15, 2008. All home games will be played at the Omaha Civic Auditorium. The Beef are a member of the United Indoor Football Association, the premier indoor football league in America.
