Omaha Beef Announce 2008 Prime Dancers

Omaha, NE - The Omaha Beef, professional indoor football team, would like to announce that the 2008 Prime Dancers have been selected.

The Prime Dancer auditions were held this past Saturday and Sunday at 24-Hour Fitness. Thirty women showed off their dance moves and were interviewed by a panel of judges.

Eighteen women were selected after the two-day process. Nine will be returning while nine newcomers will be dancing as members of the Omaha Prime for the first time in 2008. The women range in age from 18 to 26 and include full-time students to successful businesswomen.

Sarah Trimble, Prime Dancers coach, was happy with how the auditions went and can't wait to begin the season with her team.

"I was very pleased with the talent at the auditions," Trimble said. "I look forward to returning to coach this new group of girls."

The Omaha Beef will begin their ninth season in professional indoor football in March 2008. All home games will be played at the Omaha Civic Auditorium. The Beef are a member of the United Indoor Football Association, the premier indoor football league in America.
