
Olympiques Vs. Foreurs Game Postponed

BOUCHERVILLE, Sunday, November 22, 2009 - The Commissioner of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, Gilles Courteau, today announced that this Monday's game between the Gatineau Olympiques and the Val-d'Or Foreurs has been postponed. New date of the game is unknown.
"In order to give us an opportunity to appropriately evaluate the situation while giving the Foreurs' players afflicted with the flu virus more time to get better, we have decided to postpone this game between the Olympiques and the Foreurs," indicated the Commissioner, Gilles Courteau. "This decision was made following the recommendation of the Foreurs' and the League medical staff. Our goal is to remain proactive in regards to the health and security of our players."
