Port Huron, MI â The Port Huron Beacons of the United Hockey League (UHL) announce that Shelley Looney the member of the 1998 Gold Medal US Olympic Hockey Team and 2002 Silver Medal US Olympic Hockey Team will be at Saturday's game on January 17, 2004.
Looney will be at Saturday's Beacon game for autographs and pictures. She will have her 1998 Gold Medal and her 2002 Silver Medal for everyone to see. Don't miss your chance to meet this Michigan native (Brownstown) and hear her exciting stories of being an Olympic Champion.
Tickets for Saturday's game are available at the Beacons Main Office at 222 Huron Ave. and at the McMorran Arena Box Office for $10, $13 & $15. For more information about the Beacons home game schedule please contact the main office at 810-989-9701.
