Oilers Game vs. Brahmas Postponed
December 26, 2012 - Central Hockey League (CHL)
Tulsa Oilers News Release
TULSA, OK - Due to safety concerns surrounding the snow storm in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, the Tulsa Oilers hockey game with the Fort Worth Brahmas scheduled for Wednesday, December 26, has been postponed. The game will be played on Thursday, December 27 at 7:05 p.m. at the BOK Center.
With adverse road conditions in North Texas, the Brahmas were unable to make the trip north to Tulsa and both teams have agreed to push the game back for 24 hours.
"We regret to have to postpone this game, but fortunately we had an open date on Thursday and it was easy to reschedule," said Oilers General Manager Taylor Hall. "We appreciate the patience and understanding of our loyal fans during this time."
All tickets for Wednesday's game will be honored on Thursday night and Wednesday's scheduled promotions will still be in place on Thursday. Beer and soda will be just $2 and college students will also receive a special discount thanks to Papa John's College Packs.
