
Oakland Roots SC Agrees to Contract Extension with Defender Bryan Tamacas

Oakland, CA - Oakland Roots SC have secured the signing of Salvadoran outside back, Bryan Tamacas on a contract extension beyond 2024. The 28-year-old made 23 appearances scoring once in his first season in Oakland.
"Securing the long term future of Bryan with our Club is special," said Oakland Roots SC Head Coach, Noah Delgado. "This signing is another huge cornerstone to what we are building in Oakland with the long term vision of the Club in mind."
Tamacas is a three time Apertura and two time Clausura champion in his native Salvadoran top division. He joined Oakland in February of 2023 ahead of the 2023 USL Championship season. In addition to representing Oakland, Tamacas has served El Salvador as captain over the last several years.
