New York City FC News Release
New York City FC will host a World Cup semi-final viewing party on Wednesday, July 9th at Brother Jimmy's in Murray Hill in Manhattan.
Since 1989, Brother Jimmy's has become a dining staple in New York City, bringing classic southern barbecue dishes to Manhattan's most popular neighborhoods. Brother Jimmy's is sure to keep fans and supporters well fed with plenty to go around.
Brother Jimmy's is located at East 31st Street and Lexington Avenue. The party begins at 3:00 PM EDT, and lasts through the entire match.
The viewing party will feature =C21/2 priced appetizers, and with that much barbecue comes a need for a signature New York City refreshment. Bronx Brewery, a craft brewery launched in 2011 from the Port Morris section of the South Bronx, will provide $5 pints throughout the match.
In addition to food and drink specials, attendees will have the chance to meet members of the New York City FC front office staff. Fans will be eligible to receive official Club gear through prizes and giveaways, and cheer alongside the team's Official Supports' Club, The Third Rail.
Regardless of the match-up, sports fans and BBQ fans alike are welcome to join New York City FC & The Third Rail for a special day of soccer! Planning on attending and looking for the best viewing options, be sure to reserve your table by calling Brother Jimmy's at 212-779-7427 or events@brotherjimmys.com
