North Carolina FC News Release
CARY, N.C. - North Carolina FC added another shutout victory this preseason with a 2-0 win over NC State in a scrimmage on Saturday, March 3 at Dail Soccer Stadium.
Steven Miller scored in his second-straight preseason match with the opening goal right before the halftime whistle. New signing Peabo Doue recorded the second goal after finishing a cross from Nelson Blanco in the closing stages of the match.
North Carolina FC will close out its preseason schedule this upcoming weekend as it travels to face the Charleston Battery on Saturday, March 11 at 11 a.m. at MUSC Health Stadium in Charleston, S.C.
