Norsemen Sign Four to Tenders

St. Cloud Norsemen News Release


The St. Cloud Norsemen have signed four skaters to North American Hockey League tenders: Alex Korpela, Ryan Moore, Evan Pahos and Charlie Wind.

Korpela is a 2002-born forward from Sweden, playing junior hockey in Sweden for the last four seasons. Last year, Korpela played in the J20 Nationell for Karlskrona, scoring 15 points.

Moore is a 2003 defenseman who hails from Cumberland, Maine. Moore played for Greely High School (ME) scoring 10 goals and putting up 24 points in 17 games.

Pahos is a 2003 defenseman from Edina, MN. Pahos played at Valor Christian in Colorado before spending last season in the NCDC with the NJ Rockets, where he put up 24 points and scored 5 goals.

Wind is a 2004 forward from St. Louis, Missouri, and played for Christian Brothers College High along with the AAA Blues program. Wind was a point per game player for both teams and won the Tier 1 Elite League national championship with the 18U AAA Blues.

The St. Cloud Norsemen finished with the best record in franchise history and tied atop the NAHL in the 2021-22 season, winning the Central Division championship and playing at the Robertson Cup. The Norsemen will reload for the 2022-23 season beginning with the NAHL Draft, tendered players, main camp and more, with the 2022-23 regular season set to begin in mid-September with the NAHL Showcase in Blaine, MN.
