NLL Honors Kroenke Sports Marketing And Sponsorship Personnel

DENVER - The National Lacrosse League announced on Tuesday that Brian Kitts and Dave Reeder of Kroenke Sports Enterprises have each won a team executive award for the 2008 season.

Kitts, KSE's senior director of marketing and public relations, was named the NLL's marketing executive of the year. Kitts has overseen the purchase, placement and production of all Colorado Mammoth marketing materials since the team arrived in Denver in 2002. With his help, the team has ranked in the top two in NLL attendance in each of its six years in Denver, including No. 1 for the last three seasons.

Reeder, an account executive in KSE's corporate sales department was named the league's sponsorships executive of the year. As the Mammoth's liaison to the KSE corporate sales team, Reeder has guided growth of sponsorship revenue in each of the last two seasons and excelled in the dutiful role of the day-to-day management of all team inventory.

The league will continue to announce award winners for the 2008 season from now until May 15. The announcements continue on Wednesday with the Goaltender of the Year award.
