The Niagara IceDogs, Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR), Special Olympics Ontario, Niagara Regional Police Service Branch are teaming up to raise awareness about the importance of individuals with an intellectual disability during an upcoming Niagara IceDogs home game.
The Niagara IceDogs game on Friday, November 23rd at 7pm at the Meridian Centre will feature:
A LETR/Special Olympics Ontario-run kiosk so fans can learn more about Special Olympics Ontario

The awareness campaign is part of the ongoing commitment by the Ontario Hockey League, the Niagara IceDogs, and LETR/Special Olympics Ontario to raise awareness and funds for Special Olympics Ontario.
"Working closely with and supporting our community partners is a strong priority for the Niagara Regional Police Service. We are thrilled to partner with Special Olympics to ensure athletes are given every opportunity to succeed and excel." said Aaron Gross, Sgt of Niagara Regional Police.
