New York Titans Defeated 11-8 by the Buffalo Bandits

The New York Titans were defeated 11-8 by the Buffalo Bandits Saturday afternoon at the Titans' final game at the Garden for the 2007 season.

Titans forward Pat Maddalena was the game's leader in goals and points with four goals and two assists. Casey Powell added two goals for the Titans. For the Bandits, Mark Steenhuis scored three goals and had two assists.

This is the second time the Titans played Buffalo this season. The team played their first game against the Bandits on January 12 at Buffalo's season home opener in HSBC Arena.

Saturday's game at the Garden featured Irish rockers Black 47 performing during halftime as part of the Titans' St. Patrick's Day extravaganza. The Titans also wore special green uniforms for the game in honor of the holiday.

The Titans (2-9) take on the Rochester Knighthawks (8-2) next Saturday, March 24th, at 7:30pm at Nassau Coliseum. Tickets are now on sale via Ticketmaster charge-by-phone, Ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster outlets, the Nassau Coliseum box office or by logging onto www.nytitans.com.
