New York Red Bulls II Home Opener Date Changed, Eight Home Games to be played at Red Bull Arena

HARRISON, N.J. (February 25, 2016) - New York Red Bulls II has changed the date of its 2016 USL home opener against Toronto FC II to Saturday, March 26, at 3 p.m. ET, the club announced today. The match will be played at Red Bull Arena.

Additionally, the date of New York's home match against Rochester Rhinos has been changed from its original date on Saturday, April 16, to Sunday, April 17, at 4 p.m. ET.

"We are currently in discussions and doing our due diligence to make sure we have a permanent home for New York Red Bulls II for this season and the future," General Manager of Red Bulls II Shaun Oliver said. "We are still working through some contract issues at this time and we are hopeful to have a resolution in the near future."

Red Bulls II is scheduled to play eight total home games at Red Bull Arena, including the club's first seven home matches of the USL season. Red Bull Arena will also host NYRB II's match against FC Cincinnati on Sunday, Aug. 28.
