New York Football Challenge Tickets Go OnSale May 28

SECAUCUS, NJ (May 21, 2010) - Red Bull New York and the World Series of Football (WSF) announced today the ticket purchasing information for the New York Football Challenge at Red Bull Arena. The showcase will take place from July 22-July 25 and features English Premier League sides Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur, Portuguese club Sporting Clube de Portgual, and the host, the New York Red Bulls.

Red Bulls Full Season Ticket Holders will have a chance to purchase their seat locations for the match during a pre-sale which will begin on Tuesday, May 25 at 10:00 AM ET, and will continue until Thursday, May 27 at 10:00 AM ET. Beginning Thursday, May 27 at 10:00 AM ET, Full Season Ticket holders will be able to purchase additional unlimited tickets in available locations, and Partial Plan holders will be able to purchase unlimited tickets in available locations. Tickets will be on sale to the general public beginning Friday, May 28 at 2:00 PM ET. Tickets start at $25 apiece for each match with two and three-day packages also available. In addition, the Red Bulls and WSF today announced the fixture schedule for the Challenge. All of the matches will be broadcast live on Fox Soccer Channel.

Day 1: Thursday, July 22: Red Bulls vs. Tottenham Hotspur - 8:00 PM Day 2: Friday, July 23: Manchester City vs. Sporting Lisbon - 8:00 PM Day 3: Sunday, July 25: Tottenham Hotspur vs. Sporting Lisbon - 1:00 PM; Red Bulls vs. Manchester City - 3:30 PM (one ticket for both matches)

Using WSF's unique point system that encourages attacking play, the Challenge Winning Team will be the side with the most accumulative points scored from its two games. Points are scored as follows:

- Individual game winner - 3 points - Drawn game - 1 point - Goals scored - 1 point per goal

Finally, the WSF released the tournament's official logo, which is attached to this release. Information regarding media credentials applications for the match will be released at a later date.
